I've added one more photo of the flower of the whole plant, I thought that the extra smaller calli on the other two flowers were unusual as well, though they were typical of the particular patch that I saw this afternoon.
Ah that's a good observation. The descriptios of C. trapeziformis seem to indicate the calli are restricted to the basal third of the labellum, but this might just be some unusual variation. A central coast species, C. formicifera, has calli running down to the end of the labellum, but calli in that species are more numerous than in this individual.
