The only way to be certain it is D. hookeri by field observation, is if it has a branched stem. Drosera peltata is a more likely candidate as this plant has hairy sepals and no branching. Drosera hookeri is not common within the ACT.

Thanks for the information! I will post some pics soon of D. peltata complex plants that do not fit with the new name changes. Hopefully with help I can finally resolve. Eg. Multi-stemmed plants with glabrous sepals. Very small plants that never have multiple branches.
