Two short spines sticking up at the point where the tapering 'tail' begins.

This insect was walking on a brick wall, but slowly enough to allow a couple of photographs. It and the subject of Photo 3 were initially very close to each other, perhaps coincidental rather than connected. However, the subject of Photo 3 was more skittish and allowed only the one photo.
