I am inclined to Psilostocha absorpta rather than E. fractaria. There is a clear right angled kink visible in the basal half of the forewing . There is no red-brown inner margin to the forewing (see notes in MoV CD). I cannot see any hint of round ring spots in the hindwing or forewing. The strongly scalloped hindwing markings are characteristic of P. absorpta. Other minor markings ( e.g black mark at rear margin of thorax) seem to fit P. absorpta. I copied and magnified the image in Photoshop to get a closer look.
