It's a Long eared bat (genus Nyctophilus) - you can tell by the long ears (not a chocolate wattled bat) . Unfortunately there are two long eared bat species common in the Canberra region and the diagnostic features are the nose ridge, which isn't in the photo - so we'll just have to settle on the genus.
