Some cropped photos added for detail. From memory (the photo is from 2012) the lizard was much bigger than most of our Jacky Lizards but I have seen them in trees as well!

Hard to determine size but it still looks like a Jacky Lizard. Notice the lake of spiny scales around the throat which should be clearly visible here if it was a Pogona.

Thanks for your help. Now I see what you mean. The marking and hind legs also look more like a Jacky Lizard now that I have compared it to other photos.
