if the swarm is still there tomorrow morning (Thursday 12/10/2017), I would be willing to collect it and hive the swarm for beekeeping purposes. Ian, it was removed about 15 minutes after I took the photo. The preschool staff were quite prompt I getting someone to collect the swarm. They even videoed the process.
