This looks to be Riccia spongiosula, but would need to confirm with a microscope! If it is not R. spongiosula then it may be R. marginata.

ID confirmed as Riccia spongiosula by Chris Cargill on 4 July 2017, from a live specimen which I sent to her at ANBG.
