Neosparassus is not as flat as Isopeda, has shorter legs and typically has the black and white banding under the legs seen in your photo. Also has markings under the abdomen, hence the 'Badge' name. Neosparassus seem to rarely enter houses, although they can be found in gardens amongst rubbish and stacked objects.

I had 2 spp under the single name 'Neosparassus sp. cnm3': one a rusty colour, without stripes on the legs, from the wetter mountainous parts of the ACT; and the other a greyish one with stripey legs, from Canberra. The latter one I have separated as 'Neosparassus sp. cnm4'.
