I believe this is P. tadgellianum but the photos make a confident identification challenging. The leaf tip is only just showing signs of withering where P. sphacelatum would be much more withered at flowering.

Any chance you have a photo of the side on view of the thorax of the dragonfly? i.e. in these photos, right side of the dragonfly? I can see some hints of the yellow markings there, but can't see them all and they may be helpful to identify.
