This is a very useful record, well done. Tree skinks have been observed at Ginninderra Falls (in NSW) just upstream from the Murrumbidgee R, but as far as I am aware there are no other records from the Canberra to Yass region. The nearest records are from further west around Gundagai, Wagga Wagga etc.
Does appear to be a good contender for stricta with those opposite leaves (I keyed it to W. stricta as well). I personally would discount ceracea at this location as it would be a very low altitude for that species.
