Thanks Michael Mulvaney.
This sighting does show the published diagnostic features of Stylidium montanum,
including the pale flatter growing rosette leaves (most nearly horizontal not many upright),
which shown here have lobes or in other words lobe–like serrations yet these do not occur at the base of most of these leaves shown here in the middle of the rosette .
Serrations *towards* the ends of the leaves or no serrations, are part of this species diagnostic features.

Contrasting the serrations in Stylidium graminifolium have very fine dimensions not lobe like.

Stylidium armeria X does not have serrations along the leaves margins as far as i have seen first hand and have read of the botanical published literature about X.
X Correction of myself : the botanical published literature does say that Stylidium armeria leaves may have serrations along the margins, or serrations only at the leaves tip, or no serrations at all on the leaves X !
