Sage tea is made with Salvia officinalis. I don't know how this would go, but Wikipedia says "This aromatic sage is used as a flavoring in foods and to make tea; the flowers can be added to salads."

Sorry about the blurry photo, we were under a dark shade and this small guy was very well camouflaged with the bark of the tree.
