Sigara (Tropocorixa) sp. in the 'Water boatmen' family, Corixidae . ALA has records of two species in your district: S. (T.) neboissi and S. (T.) sublaevifrons, but I don't know which this is.
btw Tropocorixa is a subgenus within genus Sigara
