Until 20 March 2018, entries can be made to a CNM photographic competition by sending an email to

Photographic Competition in the email subject heading and include the link to the sighting that has you favourite photo, either in an existing sighting or a new one. You can nominate your own work or that of any other user. Prizes will be the glory, being able to keep the printed out and mounted image and I should be able to cobble together some ACT Government environment books and other merchandise. The Prize categories are best photograph of a plant, fungi, reptile or frog, bird, mammal, spider, moth or butterfly, beetle and other insect and there is a prize for the best photo taken by a person 14 or less. Winning photos will be displayed for 6 weeks at the CSIRO Discovery Centre from early April.
