Gang Gang reserachers need your help looking for Baldy - no its not Michael or Chris - but a male with a nest in Belconnen who is very distinctive because he is missing his crest. Sightings of Baldy will help answer the question "How far will a parent gang-gang travel from an active nest."

The beautiful baldy can be viewed at

Badly and his mate are regular and demanding visitors at 62 Wybalena Grove, Cook. Usually visit latish afternoon. Very tame, Baldy gives my fingers a friendly peck as I dole out the sunflower seeds.

Thanks Graeme - had you already passed this information to Cath Busby? or has Baldy got multiple visitings spots at Wybalena?

Hi. Baldy and his wife (we call them Bert and Elsie) were regular visitors at 2 Wybalena. Glad to hear it's not beak and feather disease, although we did wonder if Elsie 'henpecked' Bert! We have recently moved to #13 and he has made a reappearance on our balcony (as well as another g-g couple and their two sons). Cheers, Zoe
